Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Requests after this time may not be honored. Once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. During holidays or sales, processing may take longer. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping occurs the next day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing times.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. You may be responsible for duties, import taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local authorities. Payment of these charges is your responsibility. What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If your order is incorrect, missing items, or defective, please contact us immediately at support@nutritrackspoon.com. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your card-issuing bank.
